Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for optimizing and evaluating software from a non-functional perspective (e.g., performance, scalability, resiliency).
• Hands-on experience in writing automated tests and measuring software performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics and monitoring systems.
• Advanced understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Soft skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed development team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests to measure application scalability, stability, and responsiveness under various load conditions.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts for load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests, ensuring they simulate real-world usage.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and establish benchmarks to track performance improvements over time.
